Working with Shapes

Shapes are a series for pre-defined geometrical forms to which 3D effects — such as clipping, window leveling, and edge enhancement — can be applied to selected objects, such as volumetric image data, regions of interest, multi-ROIs, and meshes. Shape effects at their selected settings can be applied either to data within the shape or to data that is exterior to the shape.

In the example below, multiple shapes with different effects were applied to volumetric image data.
